A highly dedicated and skilled workforce, backed by advanced technologies and facilities, and extensive training programs, result in faster turnaround times, better cost effectiveness, and higher accuracy. Our accuracy level is 99.5% in the critical fields of data capture.

Various methodologies such as look-up tables, validation rules, arithmetic checks, relational tables and double blind data entry have been developed by in-house programmers. These provide built-in double precision and ensure data validity and integrity while keying.

We have received ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management System.

Error Resolution & Training

Errors are identified at verify and validation stages of data capture. Intermediate levels of error reports are used to retrain the operators. Sample auditing is carried out in the final stage.

Our software is able to identify each error reported during the final audit. All errors reported by auditors are once again reviewed and compared with the original images. Based on this analysis, a PowerPoint presentation is prepared by our Quality Department to retrain the operators. The auditors are also trained to eliminate auditor errors.

Training and retraining functions are streamlined and each operator undergoes 120 hours of classroom and lab training before placement into operations. Each operator undergoes an average 6 hours per week of refresher training. All employees are also trained on implementing and maintaining Information System Security Policies & Procedures and various regulations like HIPAA.
