Mr. Shah a founder member of Fortune Infotech, is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduation in Statistical Quality Control & Operations Research and has more than 25 years of experience working with Engineering Industries, Power Plants, Finance sector and BPO. His area of interest is statistical quality control and related logistic areas. Mr. Shah looks after the entire operations of Fortune Infotech.
Mr. Rishikesh Sutaria
CISO
Rishikesh is the Head of IT and Information Security and has been associated with Fortune Infotech for about 8 years now. A CISSP and CISA, with Post Graduate in Management Rishikesh brings with him a total industry experience of 15 years. He is very zealous in implementing Information Technology and Information Security and has successfully set up the IT infrastructure for various financial and healthcare BPO projects at Fortune Infotech within the predefined time limits and budgets.
Mr. Venkatesh Mudaliar
Sr. Manager Production
Venkatesh (fondly known as Venky) is the Head of Production and Training at Fortune Infotech. A Science graduate with specialization in Chemistry, Venky has been associated with Fortune Infotech since 2001, and brings with him a rich experience of 10 years. Venky has held various roles at Fortune Infotech and has been instrumental in setting up the production process. He is also trained as a Medical Transcriptionist. Training BPO professionals and managing BPO unit are his area of interest.
Mr. Tejas Vyas
Sr. Manager Quality
Tejas is the Head of Quality at Fortune Infotech. He is responsible for maintaining quality adhering to the defined metrics for various clients. With a total experience of 8 years Tejas has taken up various roles across the management ladder which varies from an earnest team leader in the core production to the Head of Quality department. An eye for completeness and accuracy in work is his forte.
Mr. Chandra Shekhar Laddha
Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts
Chandra Shekhar is the Head of Finance & Accounts. He looks after the entire finance, accounts and taxation matters of Fortune Infotech. A Chartered Accountant & a qualified Company Secretary, Chandra Shekhar has more than 5 years of experience working with Engineering Industries, Telecom Industries and BPO sectors.
Mr. Rajendra Prasad Sharma
Manager HR & Administration
Rajendra is the Head of HR and Administration at Fortune Infotech. An Indian Airforce Veteran, he is associated with Fortune Infotech since last 2+ years. He is an Instrument Engineer with PGD in IRPM. He has served with the Indian Air Force for 21 years and with corporates for 15 years. His corporate experience includes working with Indian majors like the Thapar and Goenka groups. He is a perfect blend of technical & HR skills, well developed leadership, and interpersonal team work.
