Mr. Shahid Charania
CEO & Director
With more than 20 years of outsourcing experience in the telecom, financial services and retail industries, Shahid “Sonny” Charania is executive vice president of FIS’ Global Services Group and is responsible for offshore strategy for the Fidelity family of companies. In only 24 months, Sonny led the expansion of FIS’ offshore operations from a limited-resource operation to more than 1100 full-time employees and is responsible for FIS relationship with outsourcing partner Convansys.
Prior to these responsibilities, Sonny served as vice president of development and senior vice president of FIS’ e-business group.
Before joining FIS in 1994, he was a consultant for Accenture in their share services group, responsible for product implementation and methodology.
A resident of Atlanta, Ga., Sonny holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information sciences, and is active in the Aga Khan Foundation, an international philanthropic agency working to develop and promote creative solutions to problems that impede social development, primarily in Asia and East Africa.

Mr. Patel is a Mechanical Engineer with 30 years of experience in Engineering, Finance and IT field, and looks after the entire operations of Fortune Infotech. Planning & execution of large size BPO projects is his forte. Mr. Patel is also the founder of Fortune Infotech.
Mr. Nitin Shah

Mr. Shah is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduation in Statistical Quality Control Operations Research and has more than 20 years of experience working with Engineering Industries, Power Plants & the Finance sector. His area of interest is statistics & quality control and related logistic areas. Mr. Shah is in charge of Systems, Production and Personnel & Administration Departments of the company. Mr. Shah is also the founder of Fortune Infotech.
Mr. Shailesh Rawal
Head US Operations
Mr. Rawal is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA, and heads the US operations of the Company. He has more than 15 years of experience in business development and marketing of BPO services worldwide. Mr. Rawal is also a founder of Fortune Infotech.
