The initial offer made by the Company commenced
on 1st April, 2006 and continued up to 30th April, 2007 and the same has been
extended up to 31st July, 2007.
Exit Price: Rs. 32.50/- per fully paid up
equity share of Fortune Infotech Ltd.

Step 1: Transfer the equity shares of

(already sent to you) duly completed and signed along with a copy of the
depository participant instruction slip duly acknowledged by your DP evidencing
transfer of shares as mentioned above to the Registrar to the Exit Option
(address given below).
Shareholders holding shares in Physical form:
Step 1: Submit the Application Form
(already sent to you) duly completed and signed by the shareholder(s) in the
order in which their name(s) appear in the share certificate(s);
Step 2: Enclose the original share
certificate(s) along with the Transfer Deed duly signed by the registered
shareholder(s) in accordance with the specimen signature registered with the
Company and duly witnessed;
Step 3: Submit the aforesaid documents
to the Registrar to the Exit Option (address given below)
Non receipt of Form of Acceptance:
If any shareholder of the Fortune Infotech
Ltd. have not received Form of Acceptance and Offer Letter, such Shareholders
can participate in the Exit Offer by downloading the Offer Form from this
website and submitting the duly filled in offer form along with all the
requisite enclosures (as detailed in the Letter of Offer and Offer Form) to the
Registrar.
