Managing Director
K.Subrahmaniam is a graduate in electrical and electronics engineering from College of Engineering,
Guindy and a post graduate diploma in Management from Annamalai university. With over 25 years
of experience in Telecom and Information Technology, he is also the President and CEO of
Covansys India. He is on the governing council of IIIT-B, Bangalore and is associated with
many forums and community development programs.
Mr. Shahid Charania
CEO & Director
With more than 20 years of outsourcing experience in the telecom, financial services and retail industries, Shahid “Sonny” Charania is executive vice president of FIS’ Global Services Group and is responsible for offshore strategy for the Fidelity family of companies. In only 24 months, Sonny led the expansion of FIS’ offshore operations from a limited-resource operation to more than 1100 full-time employees and is responsible for FIS relationship with outsourcing partner Convansys.
Prior to these responsibilities, Sonny served as vice president of development and senior vice president of FIS’ e-business group.
Before joining FIS in 1994, he was a consultant for Accenture in their share services group, responsible for product implementation and methodology.
A resident of Atlanta, Ga., Sonny holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information sciences, and is active in the Aga Khan Foundation, an international philanthropic agency working to develop and promote creative solutions to problems that impede social development, primarily in Asia and East Africa.
Mr. James S Trouba

James Trouba joined Covansys as chief financial officer in June of 2004, bringing nearly 20 years of financial services experience to the post. Prior to joining Covansys, Mr. Trouba worked for Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, where he was responsible for auditing and advising global public companies in areas including acquisitions and internal controls. Mr. Trouba earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Brent Bannister Bickett

Brent B. Bickett is President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a Fortune 500 provider of outsourced products, services and solutions to the financial institution, insurance, real estate and other industries.
As President of FNF, Brent will have primary responsibility for all merger and acquisition activities and strategic initiatives for the Fidelity family of companies, as FNF continues to identify companies and opportunities that can leverage its core expertise in various industries and that offer the potential to maximize value for the shareholders of FNF and its operating subsidiaries. Prior to his appointment as President, Brent served as FNF’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and business development efforts. Brent’s responsibilities included evaluating, structuring and negotiating corporate acquisition transactions, strategic partnerships and investment opportunities for the FNF and its operating subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Fidelity in January 1999, Brent was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., a leading national investment banking firm, from August 1990 until January 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Brent served as a Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co.’s real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group.
Brent earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his M.B.A. degree from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1990.
