Company
Registrar

Transfer

registered

quoting
reference

number.
Nomination
of
Shares
Consequent
upon the
introduction
of
Section
109A of
the
Companies
Act,
1956,
shareholders
are
entitled
to make
nomination
in
respect
of
shares
held by
them in
physical
form.
Shareholders
desirous
of
making
nominations
are
requested
to send
their
requests
in Form
-2B at the registered office of the company.
In
respect
of
electronic
share
accounts,
members
are
requested
to
register
nomination
request
with
their
Depository
Participants.

The Company has so far declared and paid Dividends @ 20% to the shareholders holding shares as per the following details:

Shareholders may please note that no claim of dividend will be entertained after the transfer to the Investor Education & Protection Fund as above. Hence, shareholders who have not so far encashed the dividend warrant(s) are requested to seek issue of duplicate warrant(s) by submitting the Letter of Indemnity duly filled to the Company. The Letter of Indemnity can be downloaded from this website or can be obtained from the Company.
Note:
Shareholders may also please note that in terms of the Provisions contained in Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956, the Company has already deposited /transferred the unpaid/unclaimed dividends for the Financial Year 2002-2003 to the “Investor Education and Protection Fund” (IEPF) of the Central Government. Hence No claim shall lie against the Company in respect of the unpaid /unclaimed dividend amount for the Financial Year 2002-2003 which has been transferred to the IEPF.
