Correspondence Documents
Correspondence Documents consist of correspondence between the insurance company, its customers (patients, insured) and the associated parties (provider, employer in case of Group Health Claims, etc.). Correspondence types vary from general information for managing a claim, address change, Appeals, Legal Documents, etc. These documents are categorized into 34 different types. The next stage in the process involves indexing of different attributes like Insured ID, Insured Name, Provider Name, Provider ID, Date of Service (DOS), etc.
