We do the work of extracting legal descriptions of property from US County’s registered legal documents using our own in house developed Title Plant Builder Software. We segregate these documents into more than 3700 universal document types and subtypes like affidavits, covenants and restrictions, deeds, easements, guardianship, judgments, lease, liens, mortgages, notice, etc. and have handled peak monthly volumes of 1,000,000 plus documents.
